Rescheduling Sessions

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, making it necessary to reschedule your session. While we are committed to providing you with the best possible service, we also want to ensure that our appointments run smoothly for all our clients. Therefore, we have established a rescheduling policy to accommodate your needs while maintaining the quality of our services.

Rescheduling Process:

  1. Advance Notice: If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly request that you provide us with advance notice. Ideally, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  2. Contact Us: To request a rescheduling, please contact our customer support team. You can reach out via email to initiate the process.

  3. Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our practitioners. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, but please understand that it may not always be possible.

Important Considerations:

  • No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for missed appointments or last-minute rescheduling requests. Our practitioners reserve their time for your session, and this policy helps us maintain our commitment to both clients and practitioners.

  • Reschedule Limits: We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, frequent rescheduling may impact our ability to serve you and other clients effectively. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

  • Emergencies: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis to find the most suitable solution.

Refunds for Extraordinary Cases:

Refunds are typically not offered for missed or rescheduled sessions as per our standard policy. However, we genuinely care about your well-being and understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. In such cases, we will carefully assess the situation and may consider providing a refund as an alternative solution.

If your session has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours before the time and date scheduled. Once the process has started, it can no longer be cancelled nor refunded.

Examples of Extraordinary Cases:

  • Unforeseen, extreme emergencies that prevent the session from being rescheduled.
  • Situations where the client, for personal reasons, chooses not to proceed with the session and requests a refund.

Refunds are generally not offered for sessions that have been conducted, even if the client's expectations did not align with the outcomes. Our services are designed to assist and guide you on your journey, but they are deeply personal and can lead to varying experiences for different individuals.
